Custom Meat Processing

 We at Huber’s Bavarian Meats are experts at custom hand cutting all kinds of animals—cow, lamb, pig and wild game—to your specifications.

All meat is packaged in vacuum bags to ensure freshness and extend shelf life at no additional charge to you.

Pigs do not require an aging process, so they are usually cut within the week they arrive here at the shop.

We do all of our own smoking.
On a standard cut for a pig, you usually receive; chops, spareribs, roasts and  sausage.
There is a separate charge on the weight of the meat being smoked, as well as for bacon.

We’re happy to customize further per your request.
